What files do I need to get started on my 3D rendering project?
To kick-start your project, we can begin with 2D floor plans or architectural files and elevations. As we progress through the different 3D building phases, we’ll need additional details (finishing schedule with materials, millwork and ceiling plans, furniture plans). If you have 3D files available (Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp), these will help streamline the process.Providing these details throughout the process ensures that your renderings accurately reflect your vision and project specifications.
What if I don’t have all of those files?
We understand that not everyone has all of these, but we need at least the CAD & architectural files, elevations, and the finishing schedule to complete your project. The more information you can give us, the better!
How long does it take to create 3D renderings?
Usually, you will see a first draft in about 15-20 business days. The timeline can varies depending on the scope and complexity of your project. During the kick-off phase, we’ll establish clear timelines and keep you updated on our progress so you know what to expect.
Can I add more views or change layouts in the middle of the project?
Yes! If you want to add any extra renders or 360 views, just let us know. We’ll give you a new price and timeline for those changes.
What if I need my project completed really fast?
While we try our best to meet deadlines, rushing isn’t always the best idea. We want to make sure the images are high-quality and accurate. Rushing can lead to mistakes. If you need things done quickly, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to find a solution!
