With experience at a property management company under our belt, we knew this traditional industry was ripe for tech disruption. In March of 2015 we took our first steps.
GrydRent is born
New learnings, challenges, and products. Expanding beyond the AR/VR media space, we created the first apartment rental platform to feature 3D Tours –– GrydRent.
Parking sucks.
How do we fix it?
Hearing the parking challenges, complaints, and issues from property managers inspired our team with fresh tech ideas.

Property owners needed a way to organize and digitize their lot, and we made that happen with our new product, Lot Management.

With every top 10 real-estate client in Canada as a partner, we knew it was time to take on a new challenge –– launch our tech in the USA.
